

Flabuless Program This is one of our most successful weight loss programs. If you are looking for affordable personal training this is the way to go! We structure this class much like the BIGGEST LOSER show. We have bi-monthly weigh in's, before and after pictures and nutritional suggestions. This is a 12 week program where you workout with a trainer three times per week in a class setting. Just find at least six friends that would commit to a time and the class is set. Call for upcoming classes.
Women's Strength Class This is a women's only strength training class. This class is designed to enhance the female physique and improve those stubborn problem areas. The class is taught by a personal trainer twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am.
Senior's Fitness Class This is a senior fitness class that helps improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. The class is approximately 45 minutes each Thursday at 2pm.
J Club Running Club This class is designed to help one begin to run and be able to compete in a 5 & 10K race and eventually a half marathon. The class will run different courses and implement pace running, interval and sprint runs. The club meets every Saturday at 8:30am at the gym.
Caveman Training This is our most challenging and fun class we offer. This class pushes one out of their comfort zone and implements techniques of old and techniques of new.
